BAT Scaffolding know how paramount Health & Safety is within the work place. We have an Inhouse Safety advisor Rachel Stretch A.I.I.R.S.M. Our director Tony Gowers is SSSTS and Gold Carded GNVQ L3 Supervisor. All employees have regular training and weekly tool box talks to be kept up-to-date with new legislation, PPE requirements, Asbestos awareness and HSE legislation.

As a business invest heavily in training ensuring our employees are well aware of how important it is to us that themselves, other contractors and members of the public are kept safe. We are part of CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) and actively operate an apprenticeship scheme.

All scaffolding erected TG20:13 Compliant. Additionally, we operate within the new April 2015 CDM Regulations. We work to our comprehensive Health and safety policy which Is updated yearly and abide by The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013.
